It was huge, brand-new and with ac. The location was beautiful - very close to the metro station and 3 truly great restaurants. Local fast food option Pret a Manger was 5 minutes walk away.

The service at this hip new hotel was impeccable. I booked neat apartment here with excellent quality furnishings, a sofa bed for four adults, as for instance. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators too.

Magnificent location for London, really close to restaurants, bus and train and the natural history museum. For shots visit The Goat, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The rooms were large with elegant decor and hypoallergenic pillows. The location for London was magnificent and perfect, so close to public transport, and the tube. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle.

My favourite property in London. Lots of options, fine food. Tastefully decorated and nicely furnished rooms and very attentive staff members at reception desk. The location stunning right next door to Iranian consulate. Based just off the underground and park, tube station and bus stops, and 51 Kensington.

We had the studio apartment which was large and neat in other bedroom. The location for London was marvellous, right by supermarket.

A wide range of fine food for meals. Marvellous and lovely location for my plans, being walk from a tube station.

Overall - magnificent place with caring staff at reception desk. In a comfortable location close to restaurants and bars. Tastefully decorated and well-kept room with AC, all appliances, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Perfect location near High Street Kensington Station, Whole Foods Supermarket, and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms with great facilities and space.

The rooms were all neat and good-sized with a kitchen. The atmosphere created was family.

An absolutely great hotel in London with very pleasant staff at reception desk. New-fashioned room, neat in other bedroom. Stunning location in a very nice upscale area near high street Kensington tube station and a bus station, and the "have to go" Portobello Market in Notting Hill. Nearby The Goat - great place to chill out.

There was no lift.

The apartment was stylish and well-appointed, with a fully stocked kitchen and good appliances. The location was fabulous, with easy access to nearby attractions and stores.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The lift in the apartment building was not working during our visit, and we had to carry our luggage up and down several flights of stairs.
